IAM - Identity and Access Management Lead

- The IAM Manager is responsible for leading IAM program, setting and delivering on IAM strategies, services, and solutions globally and at scale.

- This Manager must balance cybersecurity risk and business needs while executing their responsibilities and prioritizing investments.

- This position will provide leadership on how users within the organization are given an identity - and how it is protected, including protecting data assets, restricting critical application and systems from unauthorized access while managing authentication and authorization of access rights.

- This position will involve implementing processes, defining governance, technical implementation, and platform administration.

- The position executes the IAM program and defines IAM strategies, policies, and projects, align new business intent with existing road maps, identify customer needs, and lead collaboration efforts across Enphase lines of business to deliver IT services.
