HR/Recruitment Lead-LPO
- The candidate will be a key member of the Senior Management team and actively involved in the overall Strategy of the corporation helping in recruiting teams, write HR policies for the organization, implement a robust and professional HR culture within organization including associated systems for payroll, leave and other HR related policies and procedures.
- The candidate must be a hands-on leader with an entrepreneurial mindset. Candidates with relevant hands-on experience having excellent C-Suite relationship with global human resources and ability to independently lead the HR function are encouraged to apply. The responsibilities may include but not limited to following.
- Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
- Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
- Training, counselling, and coaching our staff.
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
- Conducting performance and wage reviews.
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Creating clear and concise reports.
- Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
- Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
Desired Profile:
- Postgraduate candidates in HR from a reputed institute with 10+ years of deep domain expertise in HR in LPO companies and 8+ years of overall HR experience.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
- Experience in educating and coaching staff.
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
- Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
- Proficient in presenting Human resources culture of the company to its customers and partners.
- Knowledge of relevant laws including but not limited to health and safety.
- Hands on experience working with Office suite of products and other HR systems.
