Lead - Human Resources - Real Estate

Responsibilities:

1. Set up the HR function for Guru Punvaanii inclusive of compliances, policies and processes.

2. Liaise with business leaders to identify their hiring needs and performance needs

3. Work on building and improving the hiring process, onboarding, policies, performance management, training needs etc., basically should be ready to build HR processes and policies from scratch

4. Build documentation, metrics and analytics linking HR outcomes to business.

5. Complete tasks, as desired by the reporting manager.

Essential Requirements:

1. Should speak Kannada, English and Hindi

2. Should be willing to work 6 days from the office (Sundays off)

3. Should be willing to travel on your own

4. Should be willing to research about statutory compliances and share the same with business heads
