Lead - Human Resources/PMS/Organizational Development/Learning & Development


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's retail and e-commerce business goals.

- Partner with leadership to design and execute workforce planning, organizational restructuring, and culture-building initiatives.

- Drive diversity and inclusion programs to build a dynamic and inclusive workforce.

Performance Management (PMS):

- Oversee the development and execution of PMS frameworks to assess and enhance employee performance.

- Ensure continuous improvement through goal-setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.

- Collaborate with business leaders to create individualized development plans for employees.

Organizational Development (OD):

- Identify organizational gaps and design interventions to improve efficiency, communication, and alignment with business objectives.

- Drive change management initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition during periods of organizational growth or transformation.

- Enhance employee engagement and satisfaction by implementing strategic OD programs.

Learning and Development (L&D):

- Design and implement training programs to upskill employees and align with evolving business needs.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting leadership development programs and cross-functional training.

- Manage budgets for L&D programs and assess ROI on training initiatives.

Talent Acquisition and Retention:

- Lead recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all levels, especially for front-line and leadership roles.

- Develop employer branding strategies to position the organization as a preferred workplace.

- Implement retention strategies to reduce attrition and foster long-term employee loyalty.

HR Operations and Compliance:

- Oversee payroll, compliance, and HRIS systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

- Ensure the company complies with all labor laws and regulatory requirements.

- Manage employee relations by addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.

Experience: 10-15+ years of experience in HR, preferably in retail or e-commerce sectors.

- Proven expertise in PMS, OD, and L&D.

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

- Hands-on experience in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
