Key inputs of the Role:

- Relevant experience in various HR projects/program management, support leadership roles for any HR functions like:

- Compensation & Benefits

- PMS

- HR transformation projects

- Change management projects

- Preferable if handled for larger employee base

- Require excellent communication with good analytical skills

- Should have exposure to all aspects of HR

- Should have handled generalist role

- Should have worked with senior management team
