Purpose: To look after the HR/ER/Admin/PR part of SSP Business, especially at the manufacturing plants.

- This position reports to Head - Manufacturing Administratively and Head HR Functionally.

- This position overseas the HR activities of 8 Manufacturing Plants.

- Minimum 12 years of progressive experience covering generalist HR functions / IR / General Administration in a manufacturing industry.

- Candidates who have worked in North India and are proficient in the Hindi language are preferred.

Technical Qualifications & Knowledge:

- MBA / MHRM / PGDM (Specialization in HR)

- Strong understanding of labour laws and hands on experience in handling of unions

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex situations

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Data Analytics

Key Accountabilities:

- HR Guidance to the business team members and the HR team members.

- Implementation of HR Policies / Systems and Processes

- Talent Acquisition and Development

- Industrial Relations / Employee Relations / Union Relations

- Learning & Development

- HR Metrices and Actioning on areas of concerns

- Implementation of Performance Management System

- Drive TQM / Business Excellence and other such programs

- General Administration
