Hr Lead for an IT Startup - Bangalore HSR Layout
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Own all activities across the employee lifecycle - recruitment, onboarding, engagement and motivation, talent management, L&D, performance management, attendance, leave, payroll, and exit processes
- Own and manage HR vendors for recruitment, employee BGV, engagement activities etc
- Maintaining and improving appropriate policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures and ensuring adherence by all employees
- Coordinate all matters of employee grievances and ensure employee grievances are monitored and resolved
- Coordinate disciplinary procedures as and when necessary
Skills :
- 5-10 years of professional experience and a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment
- Education qualification - MBA in HR or equivalent degree
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of good practices in HR management
- Comfort with HRMS and HR Tech tools
- Adept at handling sensitive and confidential information and situations
- Previous experience across multiple organizations and start-ups
- Experience in handling recruitment across sales, product, customer-facing, and tech roles
