Role Summary: Female Candidates Only
Provide leadership for all functions & facets of HR Management with strategic & systematic approach of value additions in policies, process and management setup for implementing global HR practices while being a prime stakeholder for organization building across various geographical locations for capability building of multinational business operations capability building and underlying focus on employer branding.
Essential Functions:
HR Management Set Up:
- Thought leadership for strategic value additions in for a comprehensive HR Management System with required Policies & Processes for an evolving and growing global business operations.
Organization Development:
- Be a primary stakeholder with initiatives and lead for organization development in consultation and coordination with BUs.
- Support and assist senior leadership in organizational building endeavours for different GUs.
Hiring & Recruitment:
- Strategic Leadership for talent acquisitions with an approach of potential to performance.
- Regular review for continuous improvements and enhancement in screening & assessment methodology and overall Hiring Management system.
Training & Capability Building:
- Strategic stakeholder of various training & development programs for capability building.
- Engage and partner with external training consultants & institutions.
- Collaborate with institutions (colleges, training institutes) for talent building and creating opportunities for them.
Resource Management:
- Direction, guidance and monitoring for project resource fulfillment, deployment and rationalization thereof.
- Dealing with vendors and contractors for resource outsourcing.
Performance Management System:
- Design & develop a meaningful PMS with an objective of holistic and continuous evaluation of people for performance, productivity, and their profile enhancement.
- Provide guidance to Departmental Heads, BU's heads, and Reporting Managers for detailed position profiling with KPIs, and KRAs for all the positions & functions.
Employee Relationship & Engagement:
- Out of box thought leadership for employee relationships & engagement with a focus on building and maintaining a strong organizational culture, as well as continuously improving the employee experience in innovative ways.
HRIT & HRMIS:
- Functional expertise & leadership for the implementation and enhancements of HR IT Applications for seamless workflow and HRIS.
- Design & develop various HRMIS reports for Senior Management reviews.
HR Compliance:
- Manage all aspects of HR-related compliance in consultation with the Finance department and external consultants.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in science or commerce. Post Graduate qualification in HR Management shall be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 7 + years of experience in all aspects of HR Management with minimum 5 years in HR Management Leadership role in a medium size services company, preferably consulting or technology. Exceptional potential candidature with less experience could also be considered.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Power-Point, Excel) and relevant HRIT applications.
- Ability to manage independently & effectively in an evolving & developing HR set-up of global business operations with underlying constrains and challenges thereof.
- Adaptable to changes with capability of handling multiple programs & assignments.
- Must have proactive and hands-on approach with required flexibility with problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Result oriented mindset with accountability towards responsibilities.
- Knack of dealing with situation and people, external and internal.
