We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Lead for a PRODUCT BASED COMOPANY who brings a solid blend of startup agility and enterprise maturity.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation across key HR functions - Talent Management, Learning & Development (L&D), Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, Policy Design, and Culture Building.
- You should be a proactive thinker, capable of conceptualizing and rolling out new people initiatives, while also influencing senior leaders and driving organizational buy-in.
- This is a high-ownership role that requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for shaping people strategies in a fast-evolving environment.
Candidate requirement :
- 10-12 years of progressive HR experience, ideally with a mix of startup and enterprise environments
- Proven track record in successfully driving initiatives across multiple HR verticals
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills-can influence, challenge, and partner effectively with leaders
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
- MBA in Human Resources MUST
