Roles & Responsibilities:.

- Culture & Employee Engagement: Foster a positive, high-performance work culture that aligns with our values and mission.

- Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Work closely with hiring managers to attract and recruit top talent who align with our vision.

- Employee Experience & HR Operations: Manage the entire employee lifecycle-from onboarding to exit-ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.

- HR Policies & Compliance: Develop and implement clear, effective HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and industry best practices.

- Data & Insights: Utilize HR analytics to make informed decisions on workforce planning, retention, and engagement.

- Employee Well-being: Design initiatives to enhance employee well-being, productivity, and work-life balance.

Requirement:.

- MBA with Human Resources specialization or equivalent degree.

- At least 8 years of experience in HR, post MBA, preferably in an HRBP role.

- Experience in talent acquisition and working with vendors to scout talent.

- A passion for people and a knack for identifying, engaging, and nurturing top talent.

- A sense of humor and resilience that can handle the ups and downs of startup life.

- The ability to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball (or your coffee).

- A love for all things learning and a desire to be part of something big.
