- Building understanding of function, developing strong relationships and ownership of all HR aspects
- Timely Implementation of HR Processes
- Design and implementation of functional projects / priorities which could include (different for each function in remit)
- Contribution to organisation design, effective facilitation of structural / process changes in line with functional / organisation strategy. Finding out new capabilities required and planning for development
- Retention of key talent through growth and development initiatives (facilitating and managing secondments, projects, transfers etc) and developing a view of talent in the function across the group
- Partnering with people managers and further building their skills in areas like Objective setting, Reward management, Feedback etc
- Ensuring high uptake of employee and manager self-service on people systems
Location responsibilities for India Hub:
Responsible for the full spectrum of Operational HR services including but not limited to:
- Compensation & Benefits (payroll and benefits administration)
- Vendor management for HR vendors
- Compliance reporting to meet employee-related business needs
- Manages employee relations and employee grievances matters in India hub
