HR Lead - Internet/Online (8-12 years experience)
Our client is a large player in the e-commerce world with an aim change the face of the overall industry.
Role:
- Responsible for leading the 0-1 scale up journey of the organization, focusing on talent acquisition and management while reporting to the Chief Operating Officer
- Lead the D&I agenda for the organization from day one
- Create a robust internal and external brand to attract and retain the best talent in the market
- Carve out the culture of the organization by delineating the value framework of the organization
- Develop and deploy the talent management, talent development and performance management philosophy for the organization as the best practices within the leading product tech firms
- Create the talent acquisition roadmap for niche roles in tech, BD, sales and strategy
- Bring about strong operational excellence and deployment of various HR policies and processes
The required candidate must:
- Come with 8 - 12 years of experience in managing the entire gamut of HR
- Have at least 6-10 years of experience working with a global technology firm, preferably in the product/tech space
- Have strong experience in managing scale up along with talent acquisition & development, performance management and organization development amongst others
- Have excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Have the ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast paced and growing organization
