This role comes with the following pre-requisites: - - Experience of 8 to 12 years as a high performing people manager - Rich experience in people management & organization development - Should have the experience of hiring and building high performance teams - Proven track record of scaling people systems & processes - Has created policies and procedures from scratch - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Very strong communication skills - Strong knowledge of capability building, coaching, OD frameworks - Prior Experience in start-ups is a must - Has implemented and automated Technology functions - Great at stakeholder management Key Deliverables: - Create scalable HR org, systems & processes for enabling aggressive business expansion objectives - Compensation & Benefits, Health & Safety, Statutory compliance, Payroll management, recruitment planning, etc. - Deliver state of the art capability programs to 'build from within' and drive high performance through capability - Create coaching culture in the organization across all managerial levels - Set up strong performance enabling systems - Coach the key leaders of the organization to create 'one team' culture and proactively work towards dissolving cultural breakdowns in the organization - Talent acquisition - Create a strong employer brand and talent acquisition engine for the company - Budget planning and control for HR function and people interventions - Lead OD initiatives to drive high performance culture across the organization - Collaborate externally to be on top of best practices and technology evolution which can be leveraged to deliver company objectives
