- Lead a team of tech recruiters to enable quick and high-quality hires. We are growing fast - and therefore fast and quality hiring is essential. This would entail end to end management of the recruitment process
- Hands on exposure on closing niche and senior / leadership roles with minimal intervention
- Ability to forecast and articulate hiring needs in conjunction with stakeholders and hiring managers
- Lead premier campus hiring for Tech and Non tech backgrounds
- Drive robust HR operations that includes establishing a strong compliance framework and knowledge of key HR processes such as HRMS, payroll administration, HR analytics, disciplinary actions and grievance redressal.
- Create a positive, growth oriented and cohesive culture by establishing industry leading employee engagement and wellness practices and establishing regular rhythms for employee communication and connect.
- Lead & drive the performance evaluation processes with the right rigor & quality across the organisation. This would also include crafting a strong training and development plan based on the opportunities that the performance management process throws up.
- Manage employee engagement for a diverse group operations
- 8-10 years of experience in Tech Hiring
- Strong knowledge on creative sourcing techniques
- Experience from IT/Product company , Fintech Companies would Be Preferred.
