Lead HR - MBA HR 8-12 yrs exp

- Will implement and support talent strategies and programs to enhance the effectiveness of managers in recruitment, performance management development and movement of talent as change management.

- Candidate should have experience in working for multinational companies from a matrix environment.

- Have exp in in participating in complex and cross-functional initiatives, processes, or projects

- Solid knowledge in Indian Labor Law

- Experience in recruiting, compensation, and employee relations,

- Showing track recording in talent requisition

- Excellent Computer Skills in MS Office, esp MS EXCEL

Incumbent should come from an eco-system where he/she has managed a sub 500 employee business.
