Lead - Human Resource - Pest Control Firm

One of our clients which is a leading pest control firm is looking for a Lead HR who has the following experience:

- Exposure to recruiting, training & retaining min. wage labor across India (Blue collared workers)

- Strengthening PMS - across managerial employees as well as the monthly/quarterly incentives for service and sales employees on the field.

- Understanding of digitizing and automating HR functions 

- Optimally utilized across ALL HR related operations

- Must have Experience on labour relations, compliance and employee grievances
