Lead HR 5-10 yrs exp HR from Tier I HR Inst SYMBI/XLRI/TISS from 2006-2010 batches .

Role is to lead the HR to handle

- Talent Acquisition

- Talent Management and Development

- Trg+ OD

- Compensation and Benefits

- PMS

- Experience in managing complex and cross-functional initiatives, processes, or projects and can be a change agent with the ability to push back

- Experience in working for multinational companies in a matrix environment

- Experience in working across multiple countries/cultures

Comp: 25 lacs to 40 lacs
