Role Summary:
- Partner with the senior stakeholders to drive the people agenda to enable business growth of company
- Drive the cultural transformation agenda for the company
- Lead the agenda on employee engagement to make company an employer of choice
- Will be responsible for the end to end life cycle management of HR operations such sourcing, performance management, compensation etc
- Ensure that manpower planning, Succession planning, and Skills assessment is done in a way to leverage business impact
- Drive org-wide productivity and capability building interventions
- Responsible for managing the IR function in the org including all the applicable statutory and legal compliances. Position Requirements
- MBA in Human Resources from leading Indian universities.
- 8-12 years of experience in HR generalist role spanning across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Performance Management and Learning and Organization Development.
- 4-5 years of experience in leading and managing teams within the HR organization.
- Sound working knowledge of IR processes, Labor laws and Statutory compliances
- Ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees at all levels in the organization
- Proven ability to diagnose problems using strategic thinking skills as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions
- Ability to multitask; Stakeholder management; should be ready to travel across the locations.
Team Structure :
The role has a matrix reporting to the CEO and the Head HR for the food businesses . The incumbent will have a team of 6 members of managers /officers.
