Job Objective :
- To lead the entire business processes in the domain of Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Engagement, R&R, HR Analytics and System Management and navigate the challenges that will be faced internally and externally by devising appropriate roadmap
- Lead the Manpower Planning and Budgeting Exercise for the Engineering Business and monitoring the governance and adherence to the approved budget over the year.
Mandatory Skills Required :
1. Experience in HR Analytics.
2. Experience in Manpower Planning.
3. Experience in Budgeting.
