- It is a Pan India role based out of their office in Andheri, Mumbai. The person will be heading the HR function for 3 entities within the Group - an NBFC, a agri - solutions platform and a fin- tech platform.
- They are looking at someone who has handled multiple functions within HR including, recruitments, planning, operations & budgeting among others since he/she will be heading HR function pan India.
- The person will be directly interacting with the Director & the CEO as a part of the role. Hence interaction with Senior stakeholders & team handling experience is needed as part of current experience.
