- Implementation of customized HR IT application (non-enterprise HRMS)
- Study, scoping, design, develop & implement end to end applications as required by various HR functions
- Onboarding of identified internal users
- Review and periodic enhancements
- Periodic data review
- Identification of improvement areas/ enhancements
- Ensure smooth day to day operations
- Timely closure of enhancements/ change requests along with troubleshooting of issues and escalations
- Data maintenance, analytics & reporting
- End to end responsibility for data maintenance and accuracy to ensure dataanalytics, reporting and dash boarding
- Manage Outsourced Service Providers
- Managing vendor partners and their deliverables
