Key Responsibilities:
The HR Transformation & Strategy Lead role is one of a "Growth Enabler" Will work closely with the Head HR & senior level stakeholders to:
- Evolve, obtain buy-in for, and implement enterprise-wide transformational journeys in multiple areas of HR - capability building, talent acquisition, building an entrepreneurial culture, etc.,
- End to End Program Management of multiple HR projects
- Support Business HR leadership of new businesses in their scaling-up initiatives
- Support Business HR Leaders of acquired entities in integration with the Oragnization
Candidate Requirement:
- 5- 8 years in HR from a manufacturing company or Big 4 consulting companies who have worked with manufacturing clients on HR transformational projects.
- Education - Post-Graduate Degree in HR from a premier institute
