About our Client - Our client is a European Headquartered business with a market leading brand in its industry segment globally. With a focus on developing its high growing business segment in India, they have setup a strong team of business and Hr leaders in the country already. They are now looking for a Project Manager to lead their HR process innovations and streamline projects for the same for their India office. This role is based out of Gurgaon.

Job Description - Reporting to the Country Head HR you will manage the following responsibilities in an end to end individual contributor role. The projects are focused on HR processes end to end:

- Define the scope of projects in collaboration with leadership team and create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project

- Determine the resources and time required to complete the project, then develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities

- Review the project schedule with leadership team and all stake holders in project activities; revise the schedule as required

- Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion Execute the project according to the project plan

- Develop forms and records to document project activities

- Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project

- Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project

- Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards

The Successful Candidate - You must be a MBA from a high pedigree HR business school with atleast 4 years of experience in executing HR transformation projects within a consulting or multinational industry environment.
