Lead - HR Strategy

Scrabble has been mandated to hire Lead - HR Strategy for an established yet fast-growing organization in Bangalore.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's overall business objectives.

2. Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.

3. Manage and lead HR projects and initiatives from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

4. Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity.

5. Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership and department heads.

6. Serve as liaison with various stakeholders, executives, senior leaders, and CHRO regarding organization climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning.

7. Develop and build on relationships with stakeholders for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations and help define new operational strategies by working alongside the CHRO and other leaders on special projects that are entrepreneurial in nature.

Qualifications :

- Post Graduate from Top Tier B-School with 3+ years of experience in Strategic HR

- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.

- Strong project management skills.

- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present to the board of directors or investors.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.

- Go getter attitude with a zeal for achieving results, looking at the bigger picture.

- Confident and self-motivated, capable of independently completing assigned tasks.
