Key responsibilities:
- Developing monitoring and reviewing strategies or projects plans for HR functions in line with company's growth strategy and acting as an integral advisor to senior leaders and HR team members on People strategy
- Leading the Rewards & Benefits function, overseeing the entire Performance Appraisal Process
- Championing the Talent Acquisition function and orchestrating end-to-end recruitment for Senior Level positions
- Strategizing digital transformation of HR process and driving change management initiatives.
- Managing all HR strategy projects.
- Providing robust support to all other HR sub-functions like HRBPs, Payroll, HR Operations team and addressing Employee Grievances, while efficiently managing HR escalations
