- Designation and grade Level: Direct reports Location: Dy. Manager - HR - 1, Manager - HR - 1

- The position will be responsible for leading the HR operations vertical for the Group and will be based in Mumbai. This role will be responsible for overseeing & optimising the operational aspects of the HR function, ensuring efficient delivery of HR services. This role will be instrumental in developing and administering compensation & benefits programs to ensure equitable and competitive salaries for all employees.


- This role will bring in technology-based HR interventions to optimize process flows and improve outcomes for all stakeholders involved. Most importantly, this role will act as a "Single source of truth" for all employee-related data Experience: Qualification:

- 12+ years in HR Ops and at least 2-3 years in leading the HR Ops function

- Should have exposure in setting up HR policies and related standard work

Should have extensive experience in managing payroll & benefits, including outsourced payroll

Should have managed HR ops for an organization with multiple locations

Hands-on working with HRIS

Full-Time MBA - HR

Additional certifications in HR Ops / C&B preferred

Position Description

- Manage end-to-end HR operational processes, including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, benefits administration, Payroll prep and processing, & and HRIS maintenance - Standard Work

- Develop / Revisit, maintain, and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with organizational goals.

- Design and implement a robust onboarding/immersion program for all new joiners at the Group & plant locations, customized based on role & band.

Develop and administer compensation & benefits programs to ensure equitable and competitive employee salaries. Programs may include payroll, incentive plans, salary range structures, bonus/award plans, and executive compensation.

- Create and leverage avenues for compensation benchmarking - internal & external (market data)

- Lead annual Merit pay process - compensation corrections, annual reward - fixed and variable pay.

- Lead & own the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, system updates, and the integration of new modules or tools to enhance HR operations.

- HR Analytics - Publish employee data reports by preparing and analysing data for weekly/ monthly/ ad hoc requests, MIS - New Joiners, Attrition, and segment-wise reports for these.

- Manage payroll data and associated records, including payroll-related compliance fulfilments & documentation. Develop and execute payroll outsourcing models.

- Ensure all tax and investment-related documents are scrutinized and support employees accordingly.

- Maintain accurate records for each employee.

- Manage and track all data related to Appraisals, Bonus payouts, Promotions, Contractors, Vendors, Interns, Exits, and all the processes around.

- Administration of leaves, Holidays, LOP, Benefits, reimbursements, Insurance.

- Prepare all letters or contracts for the entire employee lifecycle and any new changes e.g. Appointment letters, promotion, and relieving letters, with due vetting from internal Legal / Compliance teams.

- Ensuring 100% compliance for all processes and documentation for the entire employee lifecycle to fulfil internal & external audit requirements.

- Exit & Offboarding- managing F&F and all relieving formalities. Publish employee data reports by preparing and analysing data for weekly/ monthly/ ad hoc requests, MIS - New Joiners, Attrition, and segment-wise reports for these.

- Continuously optimize HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

- Stay updated on labour laws and regulations to ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are compliant. Manage the associated statutory compliances for the Group's Head Office under the guidance of the ER & Compliance Lead

- Develop, maintain, and communicate Employee Wellness Programs / Employee Assistance Programs External Internal
