Description :
Reporting into the Director HR, you will be managing a team of 4 reports and will be responsible for:
- Leading end to end HR operations including employee lifecycle and data management, payroll and compliance, MIS reporting, HR automation, manpower planning, HR budgeting, benefits, TA operations, compensation data study, managing appraisals and annual review cycles, etc.
- Building on the existing payroll process and ensuring timely and error free pay-out
- Preparing HR budgets and working in conjunction with finance team on approved costs
- Timely MIS reporting and preparing dashboards as required by the business
- Liaising with technology teams for automation of various HR processes
- Administering the benefits portfolio including compensation benchmarking and surveys
- Designing company policies and procedures and developing strategies to ensure smooth functioning of the business
- Working closely with the team internally thereby leading to appropriate retention of talent
- Candidates with 7-15 years of experience in HR operations and payroll
- Superior people development skills and robust stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in written, verbal communication and presentation skills with great attention to detail
- Strong command over MS Office suite
- Advanced ability to manage multiple projects independently and prioritise under pressure
- Result oriented professional with advanced ability to solve problems efficiently and creatively
