Lead HR - Operations (payroll, performance management, compliance)


Key Areas:


HR Operations:

- Execute and organize core HR operations including administration, payroll, performance management, compliance, and reporting.

- Managing Human resource software like SuccessFactors to manage & maintain employee master.

- Assist with HR strategies and processes based on a nuanced understanding of talent present and needed in future.

- Identify and assess individual development needs across different functions and how those must progress as the company evolves.

- Partner with managers on talent acquisition from job offers till employee onboarding.

- HR automation & updating

- Manging compliance efforts and audit readiness for employment laws and regulations.

- Ensure all tickets are built, resolved within SLA as set by time to time by Head of First Point Operations.

Hire to retire:

- Manage Human Resources operations that include on-boarding initiatives, performance management, appraisals, and enhancing overall employee experience.

- Ensuring timely Payroll processing for all employees

- Managing entire employee life cycle - Employee offer, onboarding, compensation management, maintaining leave and other hygiene, loans & advances, transfers and employee separations

- Recognizing employees on reaching to different milestones of 5yrs, 10yrs & 25 yrs in organisation

- Managing Employee Central & Success Factor

HR Compliance:

- Ensuring social security for all the employees - Provident Fund, Gratuity, superannuation

- Ensuring compliance & timeliness of the processes

- Maintaining the compliances related to employee social security.

- Managing & supporting team to adhere J-Sox, Audit & other compliances.

HR Dashboard:

- Developing HR dashboard for all the key KPIs of HR Operation

- Managing Dashboard, Reporting regularly to Operations Leadership team.

- Establishes strategic direction and effectively managing team and organization vision.

- Demonstrates business acumen to achieve results through teamwork.

- Promotes and enhances the company culture.

- Embraces and leads change through innovation.

- Accurately identifies and develops organizational talent.
