Role: Lead HR Operations
Experience:10-15 years
Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of HR operations including Payroll
- Lead and set up HR shared services operations as a center of excellence
- Lead Compliance related and statutory aspects in HR operations, payroll and shared services
- Lead audit related aspects for the department
- Provide guidance and input on business restructures, workforce planning, and other HR strategic interventions
- Be the facilitator for employee-related statutory and benefit policies (leave, travel, relocation, etc.)
- Prepare and track budgets for the department
- Oversee our payroll and statutory compliance
- Oversee employment contracts and agreements
- Drive automation and process excellence across all areas of HR operations
- Ownership of functional HRMS and internal databases pertaining to the functions
- Lead a team of HR professionals in a highly agile,dynamic, high growth environment
Preferred Profile:
- In-depth knowledge of HR operations, legal requirements related to Human Resources Management in India
- In-depth experience in process excellence and setting up HR shared services
- Excellent people management skills
- Liaison and negotiation skills
- Good functional knowledge, process orientation and experience in technology tools
- Good communication skills
- Internal/external stakeholder relationship management
Qualification:
- MBA in HR/MSW
- 12-15 years of experience in HR Operations role
