HR Operations Lead - Individual Contributor
Key Responsibilities :
- Own HR Operations for India employees - Entire Lifecycle.
- Employee Records/File management.
- Responsible for HRIS updation.
- Drive benefits administration.
- Will be responsible for creating and executing processes related to HR Operations - payroll process, contract employment, Lifecycle updations, Increment administration, etc.
- SPOC for grievances related to HRIS, benefits, payroll, etc.
- S/he will develop a broad understanding of all HR programs, and provide support in execution in areas of Benefits, Policy-Making Talent Management & Analytics.
- Driving a strong sense of integrity, ethics, and culture in the organization by having tight controls and policies.
- Anticipate potential compliance issues and take pre-emptive measures to negate or manage the risks.

Experience & Education
Minimum Qualifications & Critical Exposure to Perform the Job at the Optimum Level :
- Graduation or Full-time MBA (HR), BE/B.Tech (Preferred).
- Prior experience in setting up and stabilizing HR Ops function.
- The candidate should have hands-on HR experience and with biased toward execution.
