Roles & responsibilities:
- Compensation and Benefits :
- Close coordination with the Global Rewards Team on initiatives / projects pertaining to Annual Reviews, Market Study etc.
- Close coordination with internal stakeholders (People Development Team, Head of People etc.) for strategizing & brainstorming on initiatives.
- Be able to translate & align the global expectations with the regional processes
- Strong focus towards planning & execution of all activities related to Comp Reviews, Benefits Review & Administration
- Will be responsible for smooth and seamless implementation of old and new Benefits (Insurances & Allowances) with a constant focus on industry best practices too
- Will be governing the policy design, content and their upkeep on TW's intranet.
- Employee Engagement and Wellness : Ideate and guide in executing wellness and engagement initiatives across TWI offices. Negotiating with the vendors to get the best and most relevant benefit sessions done.
- Vendor Management :
- Hands on experience in vendor management for benefits and comp as required.
- Will be responsible for constant quality evaluation of vendors and also keep an eye out for new ones as per the company mandate.
- Strong negotiation skills with keeping the employee and business interests before anything else.
- Strong ethical mind set and always abide by TW Code of Conduct while dealing with any vendor/stakeholder
- Data Management & Reporting :
- Will be the SPOC for stakeholder management wrt to reporting expectations and objectives on periodic and ad hoc reports
- Be able to derive relevant inferences from the data to take appropriate action/decision
- Be able to guide the team on enhancements and focused reporting and analysis of data
- Stakeholder management : The incumbent will be responsible for managing a wide range of stakeholders cutting across functional areas in TWI and global to help align the expectations and also present his/her ideas in front of the team.
- Other requirements :
- Should have experience managing teams.
- Should have good communication skill.
- Should possess high level of integrity considering the kind of data and documents he/she will be handling
- Should be well versed with MS Excel, Google Spreadsheets and WorkDay
- Should be conversant with data management and have an eye for detail
- Should be able to multi task & manage various stakeholders across functions
- Workday experience will be added advantage
