This role will be reporting into the CHRO and the roles & responsibilities will be as under:
- Build a collaborative process to drive HR strategy to develop value added pragmatic people interventions, tailored to specific business needs, aligned to business objectives.
- Lead the Digital HR Transformation, and manage the process transitions and HR Automation
- Drive the to end Compensation & Benefits cycle and look into incentive structures and benefits administration
- Create better employee experiences, strengthen the on boarding & induction processes, query management, fitting People to Policies with enhanced governance, benefits
