Lead HR- Ops (Compensation and Benefits)
JD FOR PEOPLE SUPPORT OPERATIONS LEAD
Designation: Lead - HR OperationsLocation: Bangalore- Experience: 11-13 yrs of experience in managing the HR Operations.
Scope : The person will be responsible for all ongoing HR Operation activities. Should be able to own and manage the show independently and manage a team of 2-3.
Roles & responsibilities :
- Employee Life Cycle: Will be responsible for managing and improvising the entire employee life cycle from hire to retire/exit. This would include the following :

On-boarding Operations: The incumbent will be responsible for the New Hire onboarding (pre and post) and work closely with On-boarding Lead for a consistent process across TWI. This would include stakeholder management and constant process improvisation to create an industry best practice
- Background Verification: Managing internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuous & effective screening process of all TWkers. Also manage project expectations and liaison with the relevant stakeholders

HR Documentation: Be accountable for any sort of documentation pertaining to employees and non employees (on-boarding/letters), benefits, Labor compliance, vendor management etc. Should be able to design and implement efficient practices for the same. Will also be responsible for design, create & maintain any letter/document formats/templates as the need be. Will be closely working with the legal team for this
- Exit Process: Govern the entire exit process for employees and non-employees. Ensure updations in systems

Payroll Management : Will be responsible for Monthly Payroll validation with the internal systems/database and a periodic audit/review of the payroll process.

Compensation and Benefits : Map jobs as per industry and co-ordinate to get market details for all TWI positions. Prepare high level data reports and templates on compensation and benefits. Handle annual and mid year review iterations.

Employee Engagement and Wellness : Will be responsible to manage employee benefits like Insurance, Annual Health Check etc. Design and manage policies and maintain them on the intranet. Responsible for driving wellness and engagement initiatives across TWI offices. Will be primary POC from TWI for any wellness related events for the concerned vendor/agency
- Leave & Attendance Management : Govern leave and attendance of both employee and non employees as per company policy. Responsible for leave reconciliations and liaising with Finance for actuarial evaluation

Vendor Management : Design and manage vendor agreements. Periodically evaluate performance of vendors.
- Ensure best in class service for TWI

Data Management & Reporting: Should be able to derive insights from reports and trackers. Prepare advanced MIS based on inputs from relevant stakeholders.

Labor Law Compliance: Responsible for all Labour Law related compliances for TWI offices. Liasoning with vendor, government agencies and TWI Legal team for all compliance related matters. Attend notices/queries from statutory agencies.

Audit : Responsible for both internal and external audit of data, documents and processes.
Other requirements :
- Should have experience managing teams.
- Should have good communication skill.
- Should possess high level of integrity considering the kind of data and documents he/she will be handling
- Should be well versed with
MS Excel, Google Spreadsheets and WorkDay- Should be conversant with data management and have an eye for detail
- Should be able to multi task &manage various stakeholders across functions
