HR Operation Lead
- Lead and oversee key HR Operational/Shared Services delivery aspects as required
- Build, develop and maintain effective relationships with relevant stakeholders in client or in partner organizations
- Work across multiple HR domains bringing a full range of HR experience - such as Total Reward, Learning & Development
- Align internal and external customer expectations, delivering a high level of consistent service
- Support the HR Services Operating plan
- Identify transformation opportunities to bring improvements
- Create scrutiny, inspection and coaching processes specific to the HR area
- Ensure provision of analytics to enable data driven decision making
- Participate fully in the contractual Governance process
- Optimise resources and structure to fulfil delivery requirements
- Directly/indirectly manage team members as required
Experience :
Required Desirable :
- A seasoned HR Operational/Shared Services Lead with good stakeholder engagement capability
- BPO/HR Shared Services experience
- Comprehensive experience in end-to-end HR processes and policies
- Operated on a global basis
- Broad understanding and experience across HR domains such as TR, L&D
- Extensive experience with data and Analytics
