Lead - HR Operations
Job Description:
What You'll Do:
- The incumbent will be heading HR Operations & Risk Management for India operations (max up to 2000 employees) and leading a team.
- The incumbent is expected to define the strategy and book of work for their function and work proactively to ensure all deliverables are met in a timely manner.
- They should have the ability to identify areas of improvement and develop mechanisms to resolve the same.
- Strong SME knowledge of HR Operations. problem solving ability, innovation, attention to detail, numeric and data analysis ability is going to be beneficial for this candidate.
The broad four areas of accountability includes:
HR Operations:
- Accountable for developing and implementing HR Operations strategy and projects for the organization
- Responsible for end-to-end background check process
- Owner of Onboarding & Exit Process (including attrition analysis and recommendations on talent retention)
- HR Systems Owner (POC for Workday and other systems)
- Owner of all HR Documents like service agreements, relieving letter, address proofs, etc
- Responsible for creating and maintaining all HR Policies & Processes; Ensure benchmarking with relevant comparators to ensure we are providing best in class employee benefits and experience
- Act as the first POC for associates for HR system questions and queries
- Central POC for all HR People Data
Recruitment Operations:
- Responsible for candidate experience from the time of offer letter generation to joining
- Owner of all Recruitment MIS & Governance
Payroll & Benefits:
- Lead for all payroll and benefits processes that include: monthly payroll, retirals, insurances, health checks, benefits, etc.
- Define and implement the wellness agenda for the organization HR Governance & Compliance
- Responsible for HR governance and compliance
- Create framework and metrics for HR risk & compliance as per HR/ org needs and local regulatory requirements
- Ensure 100% compliance with all labor, employment and statutory requirements
- Responsible for all HR Audits
- Responsible for compliance and governance of grievance redressal mechanisms including POSH (Prevention of sexual harassment) & ICC (Internal complaints committee)
- Responsible for contract labor compliance and owner of contractual compliance and data
- Maintain HR Scorecard and metrics for leadership
