Lead - HR Operations

Key Responsibilities:

HR Systems Management:

- Manage and optimize the Darwinbox HRMS for accurate employee data and smooth workflows.

- Troubleshoot system issues and support enhancements.

Payroll Administration:

- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing while complying with tax regulations.

- Work with finance teams to resolve payroll-related queries.

Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure HR operations comply with labor laws and company policies.

- Generate and analyze HR reports for data-driven decisions.

Process Improvement:

- Streamline HR processes to enhance efficiency.

- Develop and maintain SOPs for key HR operations.

Employee Lifecycle Management:

- Oversee onboarding and offboarding on Darwinbox for a seamless employee experience.

- Maintain HR reports and analytics to track workforce trends.

We are looking for someone who has:

- Experience: 5 to 7 years in HR operations, focusing on HRMS management, payroll, and performance management systems.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Darwinbox and Excel.

- Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze HR data and generate actionable insights.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
