About our Client - Our client is a leading MNC Bank with strong presence in India across Retail and Corporate banking. As part of their strategic expansion in India, they are looking for a HR generalist to join their HR team for their contact centre.
Job Description - Reporting to the Head HR and managing a team of 2 people, your primary responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for performance management cycle
- Support C&B initiatives and administer the required programs
- Understand and tackle the issue of attrition
- Drive employee engagement and ensure an effective service is delivered to the business
- Drive HR operations - manage and develop annual budgets, ensure records are upto date etc
- Drive recruitment - strategize, build organizational capability
The Successful Candidate - You must have an MBA from a Tier 1 of Tier 2 school with at least 7 - 10 years of experience as a generalist HR coming from the BPO/BFSI industry. You must have prior team management experience. Good communication skills, highly enthusiastic personality and hands on with you work would also be looked at.
