Looking out for a Compliance Lead for Mumbai or Bangalore location
Responsibilities :
- Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies
- Continuously evaluate and complete necessary control for HR compliance
- Draft, modify and implement company policies
- Collaborate with legal counsels and HR departments to monitor implementation of standards and regulations
- Assess the future needs and identify possible compliance risks
- Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
- Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies
Requirement :
- Experience in driving employee engagement and events
- Building effective relationships with employees, HR and leaders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- MIS reporting and vendor management is must
- Working in conjunction with the business leaders.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry's standards and regulations
- Knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
