Lead - HR - Commercial - FMCG - XLRI/TISS/FMS/MDI

Executive Hiring is looking for a Lead - HR for an FMCG, based at Bangalore.

Post Grad in HR / PMIR from Premiere B School with 8-10 years of work exp handling Commercial in an IT or ConsumerTech organisation will be the right fit for this role.

The Role -

The HRBP role will partner Global Commercial function sitting as an integral member of the Commercial Experience Leadership team.

As a strategic HR business partner, you will have autonomy to create and implement a transformational people plan that will enable organisational future-fit capabilities to shape the future of technology for the Organisation.

The role comprises of ; talent management, succession planning, capability building, change management, organisation design, culture, reward, equity, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, workforce planning and budget management.

This role is also responsible to lead the HR agenda for the organisation. This role will identify areas of opportunities, conceptualize interventions, execute and monitor progress against strategic priorities ( Talent, Well-Being) for India.

You will be part of a fantastic, experienced, and engaged global team of HRBPs, and will have the opportunity to be part of a global HR squad delivering against a broader HR initiative such as Talent.
