About our client:
Our client is a US based MNC that is a leading provider of Technology Solutions. They help clients align Technology to the Business Strategies and thereby deliver efficient results.
They have a vast presence in India with an approximate employee base of 2000 employees across various locations. They are now looking to hire a Lead HRBP who will also be heading the HR function in India.
Reporting into the Regional HRBP your roles & responsibilities will include:
- Act as an HRBP for the country sales & services operations and align strategies with the region
- Design and deliver HR Strategies and outcomes especially across Leadership Development, Talent Development, Talent Management & Employee Engagement
- Liaise with global stakeholder across functions and drive and deliver projects within India
- Manage all other end to end HR Generalist activities wrt employee productivity
- Be a mentor, coach, facilitator for team India and possess excellent leadership qualities
The Successful Applicant
You come with 12- 15 years of experience as a leader / strategic HR business Partner across Sales Function. You have a Full Time MBA from a premier business school and have worked with MNC organisations only. You have worked within the APAC region and come with strong global exposure. You should have prior experience of managing teams and worked within a matrix environment.
