Role Overview:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) & Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for overseeing HR strategies and talent acquisition for non-sales functions. This role involves policy design and rollout, stakeholder management, and enhancing HR business partnering within corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement HR policies and ensure effective rollout across non-sales functions.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts for corporate functions
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and drive HR business partnering.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate with key departments to address HR needs and issues.
- Ensure effective communication and implementation of HR initiatives and practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition, particularly in FMCG, retail, or pharma sectors.
- Experience in policy design, rollout, and stakeholder management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of successful stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in managing HR functions within corporate settings.
- Experience in leading HR initiatives that support business objectives and improve organizational effectiveness.
