Talent acquisition - Create a strong employer brand and talent acquisition engine for the company
- Leading a team of 3 to 4 people.
- Work closely with Founders to accomplish hiring plans and other HR goals for the organization.
- Create scalable HR org, systems & processes for enabling aggressive business expansion objectives - Compensation & Benefits, Health & Safety, Statutory compliance, Payroll management, recruitment planning, etc.
- Deliver state of the art capability programs to 'build from within' and drive high performance through capability
- Create coaching culture in the organization across all managerial levels
- Set up a strong performance enabling system
