Lead HRBP - Sales
Position Overview :
- We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to work closely with our Sales teams.
- As an Lead HRBP, you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated sales departments.
- The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor, offering HR expertise to help drive talent management, performance, and organizational development within the sales function.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic HR Support:
- Partner with senior leadership within the Sales department to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Act as a liaison between the Sales team and HR, ensuring business objectives are met through effective talent management and HR processes.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Support sales recruitment efforts, collaborating with the talent acquisition team to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality sales professionals.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new sales hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company culture and the sales organization.
Performance Management:
- Lead performance management initiatives, ensuring that Sales team members receive regular feedback, development opportunities, and performance reviews.
- Assist in identifying high-potential employees and facilitate career development programs to retain top talent.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Provide guidance on employee relations and resolve any concerns or conflicts within the sales teams.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention within the sales department.
Training & Development:
- Collaborate with the learning and development team to identify training needs within the Sales function and ensure the delivery of relevant programs.
- Encourage a growth mindset by supporting continuous development and leadership training for the sales staff.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Work with the HR team to ensure competitive and fair compensation structures for the Sales department.
- Ensure that sales incentives, commission structures, and rewards are aligned with business objectives and employee performance.
Data & Reporting:
- Provide HR analytics and reporting to Sales leadership on key metrics such as turnover, engagement, and productivity.
- Use data-driven insights to help drive decision-making and HR strategy within the Sales organization.
Change Management:
- Lead HR initiatives related to organizational change, such as restructures or process improvements, within the Sales function.
- Ensure that change management practices are effectively communicated and supported within the sales teams.
