- Provide inputs for the development and implementation of the Talent strategy for in line with the strategic objectives of sales teams
- Provide inputs for sales' organizational design initiatives, ensuring the most effective structure and practices are in place to execute the business strategy
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence for the development of enterprise-wide programs and solutions that meet business needs
- Monitor feedback (of sales employees) on policies and processes and ensure communication of the same to the relevant CoEs
- Partner with HR operations team for seamless service delivery and query resolution as required for sales employees
- Understand the key resource issues and associated requirements to meet both current and future organizational challenges for the sales teams
- Assist the L&D and Talent Management CoE in the manpower planning process for sales by furnishing existing data and understanding manpower requirement estimates
- Collaborate with TA CoE for end-to-end recruitment process of sales employees including campus recruitment and internship programs
- Ensure timely and efficient achievement of recruitment targets for sales teams across zones
- Coordinate the termination process by organizing discussions, ensuring appropriate documentation, conducting exit interviews, and elevating and addressing any resulting issues
- Coordinate with zonal HR team members to facilitate the process for identification of capability gaps in functional and managerial areas for the organization
- Ensure timely communication and roll out of learning and development activities for sales teams as governed by L&D CoE and ensure smooth administration as per the learning program calendar
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and share feedback with relevant CoEs
- Oversee communication of the performance management process to all sales employees
- Ensure effective and timely management of performance management activities including goal setting, mid-year review and end-year review for sales employees
- Coordinate with zones to facilitate the Performance Management Process in the sales team in consultation with the OD, Rewards & Ops CoE and ensure that rewards are attributed based on demonstrated performance
- Ensure appropriate execution of employee reward and recognition initiatives including sales incentive payouts
- Assist the rewards team in communicating the final ratings and pay increase percentages for all sales employees
- Assist the Talent Management team with the implementation of the career management and succession planning processes
- Ensure maintenance of the career paths for all unique roles in sales and ensure communication of the same to new hires and current incumbents
- Execute assessment centers for identification of top talent in sales teams
- Coordinate with the Leadership Development CoE for execution of leadership development interventions in sales teams
- Monitor the effectiveness of the interventions and solicit feedback
- Review and monitor performance of team members' and provide requisite developmental support/ inputs
- Drive high performance and recommend training as required for team's continuous development
- Develop the team and update their knowledge base to cater the organization need
- Enhance engagement levels of the team, thereby increasing employee satisfaction in the department
- Execute the initiatives required for increasing the efficiency of business; ensure effective program management for such initiatives by coordinating with the CoEs
- Provide continuous improvements and participate in leadership business reviews, and engage with stakeholders on understanding business objectives at an operational level
- Work closely with the HR analytics team to analyze the effectiveness of the interventions, ROI of such initiatives and also proactively identify requirements of the business in near future
- Analyze HR trends and metrics for the sales teams in partnership with the HR analytics team
