Roles & Responsibilities:


The role will involve managing the entire gamut of HR activities right from Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR Operations, Payroll & HR Compliance with a team.


Managing the Staffing & HR requirements of outlets / restaurants across the country,Manpower Planning & Budgeting & Employee Engagement.


- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives and policies to support the organization's growth and objectives.


- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process


- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and talent development programs.


- Develop and maintain a positive and engaging work culture that aligns with the company's values and vision.


- Collaborate with leadership to drive employee engagement, retention, and productivity.


- Implement effective compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain high-performing employees.


- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.


- Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and make data-driven decisions.


- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the organization.


- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering their professional growth and development.

Experience:


- Candidate must have 8 to 12 years of experience in Retail / Hospitality sector with a minimum of 3 years in a Leadership Role


- Being a part of organizations with 800+ employee strength and managed multiple outlets / stores / restaurants

Education/Certification:


- MBA/PGDM - Human Resources

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.


- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment.
