- Very good Business understanding & good with Sr Stakeholder Management
- Has taken good initiatives in Engagement & digitization of the people processes
- Good with PMS, Engagement models, Talent Management
- Business Partnering with business leaders in the region.
- Drive learning and development programs including online ones and talent management initiatives in the region.
- Driving the performance management, employee engagement, and volunteering initiatives in the region.
- Managing HR operations, onboarding, R&R initiatives, Health & wellness initiatives.
- Driving attrition action planning.
- Connecting with employees and resolving the issues.
