Job Description :

- The role is of a Strategic HRBP, who will be shaping the people and culture of an MNC's development centre.

- While closely working with the management, you will be responsible for creating a productive work environment in the Healthcare industry.

- Our client is a global pharmaceutical business, rapidly expanding their technology development centre in India.

- They are looking for a strong HRBP to work closely with the business and drive strategic interventions for the business.

Description

- Developing the HR agenda, practices, and policies of the organisation as a strategic partner

- Ensuring that the HR function is designed to ensure employee productivity

- Engaging with the business units to ensure best alignment between the organisations requirement with the people requirement

Profile :

- At least 6-8 years of experience post MBA from a Tier 1/2 B-school is a must

- Experience as a Business Partner in the Product/ Technology sector is a must

- Experience in the Health-care domain is a plus.

- Diversity candidates are preferred for this role.
