Roles & Responsibilities:
- Incumbent must have experience in managing end-to-end HRBP and entire employee lifecycle.
- Must have extensive experience in stakeholder management.
- Should be able for partnering of 350+ staff.
- Must have hands on experience in executing various HR projects & developing HR frameworks.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data of various HR verticals, and prepare reports for management review and decision making.
Required Skills:
- MBA from premier B-School with 8+ years of experience.
- Hands-on experience in MS Office & PPT preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
