Job Description:

- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
- Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high-quality document and report preparation.
- Strong in HR Business Partner(HRBP).
- Strategic planning, Decision making, providing solutions, Talent Development, handling payroll, ESIC, hygiene management), good knowledge MS-Office (Excel),etc

- Have Done Projects,etc
- Initiatives driven by his/her to create business impact/ improvement
- What are the KPIs defined for the business he/she are responsible for?
- What are your key achievements as an HR?
