We are currently retained by a global IT services firm to hire a seasoned HRBP Lead for their organization. As an HRBP Lead, you will be responsible for leading the team, managing end-to-end people initiatives, overseeing the employee lifecycle, and collaborating with the Training & Development team. Candidates should have prior experience in the IT services sector within a fast-paced environment and substantial expertise in managing end-to-end HRBP processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the leadership team to conceptualize, design, and implement HR solutions, programs, policies, and strategies.
- Lead end-to-end people initiatives to enhance workplace relationships.
- Promote employee well-being, culture, and diversity through various initiatives.
- Manage the performance management lifecycle effectively.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HRBP team.
- Collaborate with the Training & Development team to identify training needs for business units.
To fit the bill, you must have:
- An MBA in HR with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience working with global IT MNCs.
- A proven ability to resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
